My Kindle case, made by adapting the charts in the Hwaet! pattern, with the Celtic Dragon chart to make up the extra space.

When I was on the verge of simply making myself a Kindle case out of self-striping, my eyes fell on the scrap yarn I used to make my socks in this pattern. And suddenly, there was no other choice. Nothing was more appropriate for the Kindle, just the newest innovation in the way we encounter literature. Beowulf and Shakespeare are on my Kindle, right alongside newer authors. The way we consume literature might change, but the stories remain the same, and we still enjoy them.
